Purchase Policy
(1.) PRODUCT SALES
& DELIVERY:
Items that are
in stock
are
normally shipped within 24-48 hours. Shipping is calculated during
checkout and will arrive via USPS Priority mail.
(2.) CANCELLED ORDERS:
Orders can be cancelled by emailing Customer
Service at
Cancel@drainerator.com only prior to payment processing. Orders that are
being packaged for shipping, can not be cancelled. You must include order
confirmation number.
Cancellations are not accepted via
telephone.
(3.) BACK-ORDERS:
If your order cannot be shipped you will be
notified automatically via e-mail about your status.
(4.) 30 DAY GUARANTEE,
EXCHANGES & RETURNS: All
returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original
packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
